The Site is owned and operated by Livspan. Throughout these Terms, references to “Livspan”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Livspan.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or terms posted on the Site. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Site.

Livspan provides downloadable PDF workout plans designed to improve longevity, strength, stability, and aerobic fitness for adults aged 50 and over. Our plans are not interactive, and no live coaching or one-on-one advice is provided.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site or our services without notice or liability.

IMPORTANT: THE CONTENT OF OUR PLANS AND SITE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE.

Our workout plans are intended for general informational and educational purposes only. Livspan does not provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation services.

You must consult a doctor or suitably qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise regime — especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are returning to physical activity after a long period.

By purchasing and/or using a Livspan plan, you confirm that:

• You are physically and medically fit to undertake exercise;
• You have consulted a doctor or healthcare provider and received clearance to engage in physical training;
• You understand that physical activity involves risk of injury and, in some cases, death;
• You voluntarily assume all associated risks.

Livspan disclaims all liability for any injury, health condition, or damage that may result from your participation in any part of the workout plans.

→ Permitted Use

You agree to use the Site and our content only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any content without our express written permission;
• Modify or distribute our content (including PDF plans) for commercial gain;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site;
• Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or spam;
• Use our name, logo, or content to falsely imply an affiliation or endorsement.

Your licence to use our content is personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.

→ Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including PDFs, branding, graphics, and text) is the intellectual property of Livspan or our licensors. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or a licence to use, any of our intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

→ Pricing & Payment

Our PDF plans are sold for a one-time fee. Prices may change without prior notice. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment information.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

→ Refunds & Cancellations

As our products are digital and downloadable, you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once you have accessed the digital content.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are requesting immediate access to the digital content;
• You waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel;
• No refunds will be issued after download unless required by law.

If you have trouble accessing your download or believe your purchase is defective, contact us immediately at hellolivspan@gmail.com.

→ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livspan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including (without limitation):

• Personal injury;
• Loss of income, profits, or anticipated savings;
• Medical or rehabilitation costs;
• Emotional distress or reputational damage;
• Any other loss arising from your use or misuse of our plans.

In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

→ Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Livspan, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your misuse of the Site or our plans;
• Any third-party claim arising from your use of our content.

→ Availability of the Site

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your inability to access the Site or download your plan.

→ Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You will not be entitled to any refund in such cases.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full force.

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Livspan regarding your use of the Site and our services.
